last trip with sus for 100 years.

i landed at about 1030pm friday night

i was supposed to have to work fri, but i was on call instead!!

friday morning sus and i went to the phelps lake house

in eufaula, ok

and met up with lauren, brad, ben, and gram

-

for months i had been planning to make this book for sus

and i finally got to give it to her.

i had everyone in the family make a scrapbook page

send it to me

then i placed it in the book

it is something for sus & chris to be able to look at

and remember her family and friends are thinking and praying for them

oh yes, ben peed on me...

brad being a good daddy trying to get ben to stop crying

but it didnt reallllly help. he was just so tired.

then saturday we left the lake

and went to mom & david's house for dinner with the fam

we ate dinner from hideaway

then had to jet off

we dropped off dinner at laura & andy's

(she's still bedrest, but has made it to 35 weeks, at 37 weeks her dr said she can do whatever she wants!!)

then we jetted off to Cuppies & Joe

for some awesome cupcakes and milk

then we stayed up til like 1am talking

then we woke up and went for breakfast at Classen Grill

for some fresh squeezed oj and banana pecan pancakes

then for coffee at sauced

-

then off to the airport

where i proceeed to bawl my eyes out that i wasnt

going to see sus for 1.5 years

(going to swaziland, africa for peace corps june 22)

and that's in hopes that i will see her 1/2 way through her journey!
