where in the world is hazel my little baby

i made hazel lay on a piece of paper

and i traced her.

then we drew clothes and decorated.

when i had her do this, that drawing looked SOOOOO big!

where did my baby go?

 later that day we babysat ethan.

he is amazing.

he is 10mo old and wearing 2T clothes!

i made the spoons for lauren's wedding

i got this gem at the thrift store for $6.99

really.

no lie.

yes it needed work... but it was perfect for a reading nook for H.

 on mothers day i took my mom to fancy tiger

and we picked this awesome fabric out

it was a steal!!

AFTER:

it matches her room perfectly

but i finished it after she was in bed...

some decs i made

 i cut out and quilted the letters out of different fabric i had on hand

then i sewed them into a garland using cotton twine

 from the back

i already had my salt in a ball jar

and was always annoyed about having to try and get a tsp out

oh buddy

then i saw this:

 i just cut off the top of the salt container, and fit it into the outer part of the ball jar lid.

perfect!

stockings

stockings i made last year

i had to make a new one for hazel

and i saw this on pinterest

so i kinda revamped our existing stockings too

i used some foam stamps that i already had

and some black fabric paint i had

and some muslin i had

i just stamped the names on

and then sewed them onto the stocking

i love how they look

and how cam and i are now "mom & dad"

i saw this bracelet on pinterest

(see last image)

and i wanted it

i went to ace hardware

and got some hex nut thingys

(the gold colored ones weren't small enough, so sadly

i had to get silverish)

these were 6 cents each

and i got 18

and some multi-pupose twine $3.99

pretty much an exact match

i may look at home depot another day for the goldish ones

cameron even said he might wear one!!!!

it only took like 10 minutes!

homemade sugar scrub

i decided it would be wayyyyy cheaper to make my own body scrub...

so i did.

all you realllllllly need is:

sugar

some form of oil, i used grapeseed

-

you could add some essential oils

(i used jasmine)

-

here are 5 different recipes

but i just got an old bath salt container

and filled it with suger

then added the oil until it was dampish

then added several drops of jasmine essential oil

i used it in the bath last night

and it worked wonders

i think it's better than the store-bought kind

and it really exfoliated!!!

so litte did i know,

these are all catapillers :)

 which made me love it even more!!!!

25 weeks!

can you believe i am 25 weeks?!!?!

that is so freaking crazy!

she's moving around like crazy until someone touches my belly

then she goes into hibernation mode :)

she loves to go to the pool

and that's about the extent of her life so far.
